Basic Webpage Writing Course Description: This class is designed for internet novices and experts with little or no experience creating webpages. Join us and learn how to put text and graphics on the internet, link to other internet resources, and more! You can publish student work, parent newsletters, daily homework assignments, etc., all on your own school website. The possibilities are endless! Come learn how to get started! Primary Objective: Participants will depart the inservice with a functional school webpage "skeleton" and the skills to further develop it. Next Class: Tuesday October 17, 2000 - ESC 17, Lubbock, TX

Intermediate Webpage Writing Course Description: This class is designed for people who have completed the basic "Writing Webpages with Wesley" course, and/or have written simple webpages on their own. We will explore several advanced internet techniques using Claris Homepage and other tools. These will include inserting tables, creating and using background images, including student HyperStudio projects on a webpage, developing "client-side" image maps, creating animated GIF files, making an online "guestbook," and more. Primary Objective: Participants will depart the inservice with several advanced, customized internet images and files which can be added to an existing school webpage.
